After more than 23 years leading teams in high-pressure environments across the United States, Latin America, and beyond, I learned that leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about building trust, strengthening communication, and helping others grow.

Today, through Journey of Grace Coaching, I help leaders strengthen communication, develop others, and lead with greater intention, purpose, and impact. I believe leadership creates a ripple effect, and when leaders grow, the people around them grow too.
