Hi! I'm Jen Brown, and my servant heart and own trials and desire to grow called me toward coaching. As a Foreign Service Officer with the Department of State, I provide professional coaching, and in my personal capacity, provide broader life coaching. I have completed the Co-Active Training Coach Training Program and am currently pursuing certification. I know first-hand the power of coaching - to find forgiveness and grace for myself and others, and to be a better me. As a single mom of a high school senior, I understand professional and personal demands - and the need to take care of yourself in all aspects of life!!

 

This passion is what called me to follow my heart and pursue coaching to help others! I guide clients on their perfectly imperfect journeys to discover what is possible for their best life, meeting them wherever they are.
